Welcome to Kona Coast Mobile Massage (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.

1. Services Offered

Kona Coast Mobile Massage provides professional mobile massage therapy services to clients on the West Side of the Big Island of Hawaii. Services include, but are not limited to:

Swedish Massage
Deep Tissue Massage
Prenatal Massage
Hot Stone Massage
Lomi Lomi Massage

All services are performed by Kim Lambert, a licensed massage therapist (Hawaii MAT 9302) and member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

2. Booking and Appointments

To schedule an appointment, please contact us by phone or text at 808-493-6400.

All appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking via phone, text, or email.

By booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

3. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is as follows:

60 minutes – $150
90 minutes – $225
120 minutes – $300
Couples massage available upon request

Payment is due at the time of service and may be made via cash, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.

Prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. However, to respect our time and schedule:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur the full price of the massage.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Health and Safety

Before your appointment, please inform us of any:

Medical conditions
Injuries or surgeries
Allergies (especially to oils or lotions)
Pregnancy
Current medications or treatments

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you have any concerns, please consult your physician before booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we believe it may be harmful or inappropriate for your health condition.

6. Client Conduct

We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and safe environment. Clients are expected to:

Treat the therapist with respect and courtesy
Provide a clean, safe, and accessible space for the massage
Refrain from inappropriate behavior or language

We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if the client engages in inappropriate conduct. No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort:

Massage therapy involves physical contact and may result in soreness or discomfort in some cases
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information
Kona Coast Mobile Massage is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow pre- or post-massage care instructions

By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

8. Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are available for purchase and may be redeemed for any service.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards do not expire but must be used for services provided by Kona Coast Mobile Massage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Kona Coast Mobile Massage and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Hawaii.
